How this works

Built by a licensed California practice broker (CA DRE #01926047).

WHAT THIS IS. A private page that reads the documents you give it (bank statements, your bookkeeping export, tax returns) and shows you where the money goes, month by month, in plain English. It answers questions about your own numbers, remembers what you tell it, and helps you think. It is built and run by the broker, a licensed California practice broker.

HOW IT WORKS. Every figure on this page comes from a line in a document you uploaded, and you can tap “why?” to see which line. Where a dollar has no home, it asks you, and your answer becomes a rule it uses from then on. The conversation runs on Claude, an AI model from Anthropic; your documents are sent to it only as far as needed to answer your question, and nothing here is shared with anyone else. Your page is yours alone; a team member sees only what you choose to share.

WHAT THIS IS NOT. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it does not replace your CPA, your attorney, or your bank. It does not manage money, run payroll, or file anything. Benchmarks are industry ranges with the source shown; they are context, not a grade.

ABOUT THE SUGGESTIONS. When it suggests something (a hygienist, a fee change, a vendor to look at), that is arithmetic from your own numbers, offered for you to check with the people who know your practice. Questions marked “ask your CPA” are questions, not answers.

WHAT IT NEVER DOES. It never states, estimates, or implies what your practice is worth, what it would sell for, or what a buyer would pay. That is a conversation with the broker, in person, if and when you want it.

WHO SEES WHAT. You. The broker, when you ask him to look. Nobody else. You can download everything or ask for it to be deleted at any time.

FOR BUYERS. The lessons and the coach are general education from a broker’s experience, not advice about any specific practice, and never a value opinion. A lender letter on file is what opens showings; the coach cannot waive that.
